Modeling and texturing

Hello Brothers & Sisters,
My name is David and Nhary sent me a pm telling me to come post my info here.
I'm 16 and live in Finland and I am a Oblivion fan but more specifically a DB fan obviously.
I've been modelling on and off for a few months now making mostly weapons like swords and such. I also modeled a Flying V guitar once after I started playing guitar.

I hope to learn much more about modeling and texturing while I try to help the team as much as I am able to. I'm not sure how much that is yet, but hopefully I'll be able to do something at least because this will be the best mod ever released for Oblivion when it is released in my opinion and I want to do what ever I can to help because of that.

Well, a friend of mine, Ateb, a relatively experienced modeller has showed interest in joining this mod. However he has some problems with his account, so he is unable to post his own application, therefore I am his "mouthpiece" untill the problem has been solved.
As i say he's pretty good at modelling (a bit better than I am), though unexperienced with texturing.
Here follows a few examples of his work:

A nuclear explosion.


A spaceship in a solar system.


A weird idea for a hand grenade or a new cola bottle, you decide.


I think he's good enough to join the team, and i think we could need new modellers as we're currently beginning on a "greater" project in the modelling department.

Good to hear, Silver. Your friend will be welcome in the team. He'll be added to the dev list soon, and if you post for him until his problem's been solved it's alright.

One must use a valid email address to verify an account. It should be noted that some mail server use SPAM detection software that often stops forum mail because it looks similar to SPAM mail data packet wise.

Hi everyone!

I have been redirected herefrom the officila Oblivon forum. I'd like to help with this project as much as I can. My main skill lies with modelling. Especially robes and armours, but I have done some weapons as well and I can texture a bit (mostly dark things to keep the seams from appearing). See my mods on TESN if you want to know what I'm capable of.

Sorry. My bad. Just go to TESN and searchfor mods by Aknevrec. My other nickname there. You will get the results I wnated to post.

I've also updated my sig with links to some of the mods.

EDIT: I have also managed to locate some pictures of my new DB Robe (I found the vanilla one too plain and ordinary)

Hey there!

My name is Jonas, im 15 (soon 16) years old, and one of my hobbies is animation.
Ive played Oblivion before, but did'nt reallt get hooked on it. 3 months after I stoppped playing it, my friend (Silver who's also a member of this website) told me about The Dark Brotherhood. This was totally different from the rest of the game, and I just loved the darkness and evilness of this brotherhood. I have'nt completed the DB "campaign" yet, but what I've tried in it has been very amusing...
My freind Silver is always talking about this modteam, but has held certain fact from me, as he is very into keeping most of it a secret.

We have been modelling together for pretty long time now, and after our ninth grade in school is over, we are both going to stay at a 3d collage, so we are very much into animation/modelling. I would like to be a member of this team (if you are in need of more modellers), because DB is a part of Oblivion, which did'nt get enough attention in the game.

I can't upload any of my animations, since the pc I made them on, is now broken
